Replikar provides a service to both the insurer and customer by assisting in the process of replacing the policyholder’s loss. We will assist the customer to find a replacement vehicle anywhere in the UK. We will negotiate price and arrange inspections, delivery and warranties. We charge no fee to the customer or insurer and receive no commission or payment from the dealer in respect of a vehicle bought by the customer.
We do not purchase vehicles at all; we merely assist the customer by sourcing and negotiating on his or her behalf. We actively encourage policyholders to try to find a replacement themselves at the same time so that our service can be judged in the harsh light of commercial reality.It works.
